How Much Does The Challenge Cost?

The Body Evolution Secrets Challenge is a wholistic program designed to incorporate the benefits of a daily yoga and meditation practise together with a nutrition program to help reach your personal physical goals. The Challenge costs $497 up front which includes: 6 weeks of unlimited yoga & open mindfulness sessions at our Flinders Lane location; access to facilitates and amenities, showers, towels etc; 3 x 1:1 private coaching sessions, access to our professional trainers; private guidance & accountability coach for motivational support; leaderboard tracking; 6 week diet plan to achieve your health goals and provide nutritional support; access to private Up Level group and weekly motivational tips; personalised fitness program; meal plan & recipes; nutrition & diet planning guidance; personalised grocery list & local restaurant guide;

When Can I Get Access to the All Of The Above?

Full Access to all the Challenge Resources can be accessed on the start date.

Can I participate in the Challenge If I am Pregnant or Breastfeeding?

We do not recommend following the Challenge exercise plan or meal plans whilst pregnant or breastfeeding. During pregnancy and shortly after your body may experience high levels of the hormone relaxin which relaxes the ligaments in the pelvis preparing the body for childbirth. Your body can experience more range in flexibility due to this and it is important not to over stretch the ligaments. Also generally, our classes are not designed for pregnant women. We do offer Slow and Meditation Classes, which are less intensive, which may be more suitable for pregnancy. Power & Hot Vinyasa increases your heart rate during your practice and it can be unsafe to practise during pregnancy. It is important to consult your medical practitioner prior to practising during pregnancy. Our classes can be very busy and often the instructor is not able to get around to all students to help modify their practice so it is important to keep this in mind. Likewise dieting to lose weight during pregnancy can be hazardous to you and your baby, especially since a weight loss regimen may restrict important nutrients such as iron, folic acid, and other important vitamins and minerals.

What if I don’t want to join the Social Group?

You can still participate in the challenge without being on social, but you may miss the majority of motivational tips and benefits.

What do I need to do to Win The Challenge?

The Body Evolution Secrets Challenge is a game of commitment, dedication and mindset. To be eligible to WIN the prize the following 3 requirements stand:-

  • Minimum 5 attendance yoga sessions per week @ MOVE Yoga
  • Minimum 3 attendance 1:1 Peak Performance Coaching Sessions during the 6 weeks (times will be scheduled with your coach)
  • Each entry will be assessed, based upon individual overall body transformation, which will take into account class attendance, mindfulness attendance, data  from stress test, weigh in's, BMI, mobility, posture, strength test, alignment, breath rate, heart rate, calorie intake, mindset.
  • Challengers will gain points for attending yoga sessions, mindfulness session and the body transformation categories above and the challenger that gains the most points over the duration of the challenge will win.
I am an Exisiting MOVE Member. Can I participate in the Challenge?

No. This an entry program for new students. We will be looking into launching a challenge for members in the new year.

I have purchased the Challenge. Can I Start Practising Right Away?

Yes. From the date of purchase you can start attending regularly scheduled sessions. Thats unlimited access to yoga sessions from the date of purchase combined with the 6 week challenge.

What Is Involved In The 1:1 Peak Performance Assessments?

Upon entry, you will be allocated a Peak Performance Coach who will work with you to assess your goals and intentions for the 6 week challenge program. Each goal may be individually different. Our PPC coaches will do a complete health and fitness assessment which takes approx. 30 mins. The assessments will be a combination of data tracking assessments, discussion, support and guidance to keep you on track during your 6 weeks. There are 3 1:1 PPC assessments required during the Challenge which your PPC will work with you to find a suitable time to attend.

What if I don’t want to do the assessments?

If you do not wish to participate in the assessments, no problem. You will not be eligible for the prize— but you will still get all of the other benefits.

What if I don’t need to lose weight, but want to join the fun and reach other health goals?

The Challenge is not just about weight loss. There are a number of other benefits including reduced stress, increase in flexibility and strength, improved confidence & productivity. There will be plenty of support, motivation and education provided for all who wish to participate.

What is the eating plan associated with the Challenge?

You will be provided with a recommended eating plan for the Challenge which is NOT based on extreme calorie restriction. Instead, you will be given support and guidance, tools and motivation to create healthy habits towards food and an eating plan based on your goals and lifestyle.

The information says the Challenge is valued at over $2k. What does that mean?

The combination of the sessions, personal coaches, meal plans, progress tracking, recipes and coaching will give you more than $2k worth of tools to help you reach your goals.

Caffeine on the Challenge?

Whilst we recommend for members to avoid caffeine in the Challenge, herbal teas such as peppermint, liquorice and chamomile are great caffeine-free substitutes. If you are a really struggling during this phase, we recommend consuming green tea, which although contains some caffeine, is also high in antioxidants. If a member chooses to continue including caffeine during this phase, we recommend only one black coffee or small coffee prepared on a nut-based milk per day. This will not hinder their results as long as they remain in a calorie deficit and continue to follow the Challenge meal plans.

How are my Stats Recorded and Where?

Your stats will be recorded by your PPC coach during your 1:1 assessment and stored privately internally.

Can I drink alcohol on the program?

We recommend that members avoid alcohol for the entire 6-week Challenge period. Alcohol contains empty calories as it contains no nutritional benefits and can be high in sugar. If you choose to have a social drink during the Challenge, then we recommend a glass of clear spirit with soda water/mineral water.
